Any request for access, rectification or deletion of your personal data must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your handwritten signature and specify the address to which the reply should be sent.

We undertake to respond to such requests within one month of receipt. This period may be extended by two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests received.

In the event of a dispute concerning the exercise of your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés.
